What is your refund policy?

Cancellation prior to class 100% refund
Within the first week 90% refund not including book ($50.00)
After first week no refund
If the school cancels for any reason, students will receive a full refund
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation

Can I retake the course?

You may be eligible to retake within a year from the end of your paid tuition. You must register and start within this time and will receive 50% off (you must provide your own book unless there is a newer addition and if so we will provide that at no cost.

What does class time look like?

Please be courteous and silence your cell phones during class
Please also be courteous and limit conversations in class
Drinks and snacks are also ok as long as you clean up after yourselves
(please let us know if you have any allergies) 
Restrooms are located in the school 
We will take a 15-minute break in the middle of the class (or at a good stopping point)
This is a smoke free facility (there are designated areas outside
If you are having trouble at any time, please see the instructor after class so we can work together to figure out a solution so you will get the best experience possible.

What is the attendance policy?

IREC (Indiana Real Estate Commission) requires students to attend 80% of the 90-hour scheduled class time to be eligible to sit for the state exam.

Attendance will be taken by the instructor and students must sign in each class on the attendance sheet.

Please note this does not include tests and no make-up hours will be provided by Indy MREA.

 Arriving late and or leaving early by 10 minutes will count as a full hour absence. 

What is your class cancellation policy?

Indy-MREA will adhere to Greenwood Indiana class cancelling policies. Should Greenwood Community School Corporation be closed for weather we will be as well.
